由ideaQ演藝教育中心舉辧的 <趕走疫情，開心 Shooting> 短片拍攝比賽，目的旨在鼓勵各界人士，運用自身的幽默感和創造力，拍成短片與大眾分享，將壓力不快轉化成快樂，並以搞笑方式在鏡頭前表達，以舒緩香港人壓抑的情緒。

About I.D.E.A.Q

The spirit of I.D.E.A.Q is to “Discover & Create.”

“I.D.E.A. Quotient Education Centre” is one of the most comprehensive independent educational institutes for the arts available to teenagers in Hong Kong. It was founded by the renowned performing artist Steven Ma in 2020. The institute aims to provide all-round development for teenagers by providing a series of specially designed courses in performing arts and self-creation art courses to attune: Intelligence; Digital; Emotional and Adversity Quotients.

Communicating

Communication skills are a manifestation of high emotional intelligence. It is a branch of knowledge itself to enable an individual to make the correct and appropriate choices of words, best compliments, fair criticism, etc.

Acting

Drama arts is an arts integration. In combination with literature, aesthetics, shape, music, dance and other arts. Drama arts is displayed on the stage through the co-creation of screenwriters, directors, actors, and behind-the-scenes crews. Drama is a form of art that can only be presented through collective creation.

Dancing

Dance is an art of human movements through the language of dance, rhythm, expressions, compositions, and a host of other human behaviour. A beautiful and dynamic dance can express thoughts and emotions. 

Singing

The purpose of singing is to use proficient vocal skills to accurately and vividly express the content with the genuine emotions of the song, and to inspire the audience’s inner resonance with the graceful voice.

The priority quotient comes to IQ; an intelligence quotient is a score derived from a set of standardized tests developed to measure a person’s cognitive abilities (“intelligence”) in relation to their age group. The average IQ number for any age is 100.

Teenager’s digital learning must come with the understanding of both benefits and risks of the digital world. As individuals, our success depends on our abilities to understand other people’s signals and react accordingly. EQ is the ability to recognize, accept, and manage emotions in positive ways to relieve stress and to react.

Adversity
Quotient

Adversity Quotient (AQ) is the successful index of the modern world. It is the ability to deal with adversities while turning them into opportunities for greater achievement.
